Our Cypress Road service in Normanton (West Yorkshire) offers essential respite care for up to four adults with autism, learning disabilities, and/or physical disabilities, operating 7 days a week, all year round.
We’re seeking Support Workers primarily based at the respite service, with potential opportunities to work across other Avalon services in West Yorkshire. We offer full-time, part-time, and casual contracts to accommodate your commitments.
As a Support Worker, you’ll join an experienced team delivering vital support, including personal care and medication administration. Your role will provide valuable respite for our customers’ friends and family, making a real community impact.
No previous experience or qualifications are necessary. We seek compassionate, driven, and caring individuals eager to make a difference. Our in-house training will equip you with all the skills needed to succeed.
