Job Description:

Academics is recruiting on behalf of a 'Good' SEN School based in Totton, Southampton, which is looking for experienced Support Workers to join their team starting in September.

The school caters to children aged 2-19 years with moderate, severe, profound, and multiple learning difficulties (MLD, SLD, PMLD). It operates across two sites, one for early years/primary and another for secondary/further education, located a mile apart.

Support Workers should be comfortable performing duties such as feeding and personal hygiene when needed. The role involves creating a fun and safe learning environment, engaging in activities like floor work, arts and crafts, swimming, etc.

This full-time position offers ongoing employment with options for permanent contracts (temp to perm).
