Position: Children’s Support Worker
Location: Allerton, Liverpool
Shifts: Saturdays (12pm-6pm) during term time , increasing to Saturdays plus 1 other shift during school holidays

What You’ll Be Doing:

We’re looking for a dedicated Support Worker to join our team, providing vital support to an 11-year-old boy with challenging behavior in his family home. This is a part-time, Saturday afternoon role—ideal if you're seeking flexibility.

Your main duties will include:

  • Supporting the client with daily activities and managing his challenging behaviors.

  • Building a trusting, positive relationship to encourage positive outcomes.

  • Working in a double-up setting, meaning you'll be supported by a colleague during each shift.

  • Helping the client thrive in a safe and nurturing environment.

Who We’re Looking For:

We need someone with previous experience supporting people with challenging behaviors. Your experience and approach will help make a real difference in this young person’s life.

For genuine occupational requirements we require female support workers for this client.
