Proactive Community Engagement: Actively map out and connect the individual with local social groups, hobbies, sports, and community events to build a meaningful social network.

Sourcing Education & Employment: Support the young person in seeking out, applying for, and attending new learning, volunteering, or work opportunities tailored to their interests.

Tailored Autism & OCD Support: Implement positive behaviour support (PBS) and person-centred strategies to help manage OCD triggers and anxiety, ensuring a predictable yet engaging daily structure.

Collaborative 2:1 Care: Work seamlessly alongside a team colleague on shift to ensure safety, shared decision-making, and consistent support boundaries.

About You

Proactive & Energising: You don't just sit back; you are naturally motivating, creative, and enthusiastic about finding new things to do and try.

Person-Centred Care Focus: You understand that support must fit the individual, treating their choices, preferences, and goals as the absolute priority.

Experienced or Knowledgeable: Prior experience supporting individuals with Autism, OCD, or complex needs is highly valued, though a stellar attitude and shared values are key.

Flexible Across the Rota: Comfort working standard day shifts (7:00 AM – 10:00 PM) as well as dedicated sleep-in shifts (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM) on a rotational basis.
