You didn’t get into care to rush. You got into it to make a difference to someone’s day, and to their life.
At Eviqa Complex Care, that’s the job. No 15-minute calls. No clock-watching. Proper time with one person: getting them out into their community, building their confidence, helping them do things for themselves, and being the steady person in the room when things get hard.
We’re a clinician-led team, led by a paramedic, supporting children, young people and adults with learning disabilities, autism, brain injury and mental health needs across Devon, Torbay, Plymouth, Cornwall and Somerset.
Be the support worker you want to be
We’ll trust your judgement. If you can see a better way to help someone, we want to hear it. If something doesn’t feel right, we want you to speak up, and we’ll back you when you do. Doing the right thing is never the wrong call here.
