We are looking for a Support Worker to join our Supported Living Service based in Richmond on a Part-time permanent basis (20 hours a week).
Driver preferable, shifts will be spread across mornings, afternoons, evenings, sleep-ins, weekends, and bank holidays.
You will receive an enhanced flat rate payment of £62.45 for any sleep-in shifts carried out. The payment for sleep-ins is non-contractual.

We support adults who have a learning disability and live in our 3 supported living services across Catterick and Richmond. We are looking to grow our lively, inclusive, knowledgeable, and exceptionally friendly staff team! A driver would be preferable; however, we are happy to consider all applications.
We support both females and males, who all live independent, fun, and active lifestyles. Our services are busy environments, from going to day centres, supporting with leisure activities including cinema, seeing friends, gardening, socialising, and they need your support with this.
Supporting someone with their daily life is not a 9-5 job. You will need to be able to work across a range of different days and shift patterns, including some sleep-in shifts (Payment for sleep-ins is competitive and compliant with National Living Wage requirements). We realise that your quality time is important too, so your rota is prepared well in advance.
