We’re looking for adaptable, proactive and dynamic support workers to enable us to reduce the need for agency. Your skills and experience could be a great match for our response team support worker role. All you need is a willingness to learn, flexibility and a desire to help someone live a full life!

In this role we will give you a full training package to upskill you to provide quality care across all our services in the Bristol and North Somerset area. Flexibility and adaptability are crucial skills for working in this fast-paced environment.

The team will be a skilled and experienced workforce that provides consistency, continuity and quality of care. You’ll work across the Bristol and North Somerset area. Rostering will include one on call week in four, where you will work closely with our on call managers to cover shifts.

A full UK manual driving licence and access to a car is needed for this role.

  • Maintain the health needs of the individuals we support
  • A driving licence is essential for this role.
