Join Our Team at Capability Scotland – Support Worker (Lanarkshire Houses Service)

Location:

Windmill Gardens, Carluke (ML8 4EZ), with occasional support at Dovecot Lane, Lanark (ML11 7PX)

Hours:

Full-time – 37 hours per week, 12-hour shifts across weekdays and weekends

Driving Licence:

Preferred but not essential

Role – Support Worker:

We’re seeking compassionate, dedicated Support Workers to join our Lanarkshire Houses service in Carluke and Lanark. You will support adults with complex disabilities in a homely setting where independence and individuality are valued.

Your responsibilities include:

1. Providing one-to-one or two-to-one personalised care
2. Assisting with personal care, dressing, and medication
3. Supporting mobility and communication
4. Preparing meals and household tasks
5. Facilitating activities like shopping, outings, or visits with family

• A salary of £23,650.70 FTE (£12.60/hour)
