What You Will Be Doing…

You’ll work with a warm, friendly team to deliver individualised care plans to the people we support. Responsibilities include supporting individuals in their home environment and when accessing the community, along with assisting with daily activities, appointments, and personal care needs.

Hours of Work

Our shifts are 7:30 am - 4:15 pm and 4:00 pm - 10:30 pm, totaling 35 hours weekly, with potential variations depending on the service.
