Overview

Role details and responsibilities

What does a Support Worker do? We have a vision to create a world where amazing people do amazing things every day. Our skilled and experienced teams work with every person we support to create personalised, outcome-focused plans to achieve their aspirations.

Our Support Workers work in a variety of settings including community-based services (often supporting people in their own homes) to our Independent Hospitals or Adult Care Homes. A common focus across all services is personalised support tailored to the needs and aspirations of the people we support, including a diverse range of care needs (e.g., Learning Disabilities, Physical Disabilities, Mental Health Concerns, Complex Care, Substance Misuse issues and more).

Shift patterns

We work flexible shifts which may include Days, Waking Nights, Sleep ins and Weekends.

Pay and benefits

Your pay – our Support Workers receive a rate of £12.60 per hour for all worked hours. Once you are successful for a role with us, full details of your pay will be included in your written offer.
