Bournemouth Borough Council is seeking a part-time Support Worker to assist a 26-year-old woman with autism spectrum condition and mobility issues. The role is based in the individual's Broadstone home, focusing on independent living skills and gentle prompting with daily tasks.

You will build a trusting relationship, provide companionship, assist with daily activities, and encourage community outings, crafts, and gentle exercises under supervision. Driving licence and car access are required.

## Job Introduction**About the Role:** We are looking for a reliable, patient, and proactive Support Worker to assist a young woman with an autistic spectrum condition and mobility issues.Based in our family home, this role is about building a strong relationship and helping her develop vital independent living skills for the future. You will provide gentle prompting with daily tasks and actively support her to achieve the things she wants to in her daily life, both at home and in the community. She enjoys trips to town to look around the shops, have a drink etc.**Rate of pay:** Employed rate - £12.71 per hourIf self-employed, please provide rates on application.**Hours of work:** We are seeking a personal assistant for 10 hours per week.
