Shifts are from 7:00am to 8:00pm or 9:00am to 10:00pm, on a rotating basis of 4 shifts one week and 3 shifts the following week, with alternating weekends (one on, one off).

Main duties:

  1. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, standards, and legal requirements.
  2. Conduct effective intake, assessment, and discharge procedures.
  3. Assist in risk management planning and reviews.
  4. Ensure clients observe programme rules; support investigations and actions for breaches.
  5. Provide advice, information, and support, including referrals to aftercare services.
  6. Maintain accurate client records and databases.
  7. Assist in transferring individuals between agencies.
  8. Support medication prompting, audits, and record-keeping.
  9. Work with clients to develop recovery plans.
  10. Support clients in attending external appointments and accessing transport.
  11. Assist with practical aspects of daily living, such as life skills, benefits, and housing.
  12. Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
  13. Skills: Good organisational, communication, and time management skills; ability to work independently and in a team; proficiency in Word, Outlook, Excel; ability to undertake lone-working safely; negotiation and influence skills; risk management; empathy and a non-judgemental attitude; capacity to handle pressure.
