We're looking for kind, reliable, and motivated people to join our team as Support Workers in Rhondda Cynon Taf, providing care and support to adults living in supported accommodation with learning disabilities and mental health needs.

Location: Across Rhondda Cynon Taf
Hours: Full-time, part-time, and flexible shifts available
Pay: Competitive rates + paid training

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you'll be working directly with individuals in supported living settings, helping them to live as independently as possible. This includes support with daily routines, promoting life skills, community involvement, emotional well-being, and personal care when needed.
