Job description

At Key Health, we pride ourselves on the relationships we have built with our clients, with the aim of supporting them with their needs in a timely and professional manner.

We are currently recruiting Healthcare Assistants/Support Workers for ongoing work across Preston (PR1). We are recruiting staff on a temporary to permanent basis where you will be on a probation period for 12 weeks before you move across permanently.

Brief Job Description:
  • Support the well-being of the people we support, recording and reporting, promote leisurely activities and take part in these in-house/community, work towards the goals of the people we support.
  • Implementation of the care plans - reporting any changes in needs.
  • Uphold the tasks of the day that are assigned by the management team and the operations of the home.
We require:
  • Minimum 6 months experience in care within the UK with children.
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the UK (We do not offer sponsorship).
  • Ability to provide 2 references covering the last 4 years of work history (one from current or most recent employer).
  • Enhanced DBS that is on the update service (Desirable).
  • Full Manual Driving License.
  • PBS Trained (Desirable).
Hours:
  • 8am-10pm (Day shift)
  • 10pm-8am (Overnight waking night)
Salary:
  • Weekday: GBP14.50 per hour
  • Night/Weekend: GBP14.75 per hour
