Job summary

Believecare is hiring a Support Worker to support two autistic individuals in their own home in Preston. The role offers full-time hours with a 34.5 hour week plus sleep-in shifts. You will provide neuroaffirmative, person-centred support that respects autonomy and individual choices.

You’ll work with a small team, focusing on listening, learning and adapting to each person’s needs, preferences and goals while promoting dignity and independence.

We're looking for a dedicated, compassionate and reliable Personal Assistant/Support Worker to join a small team supporting two autistic individuals in their own home. This role is about working with people, not doing things for them. It's about listening, learning, adapting and supporting choice every step of the way.
