Position: Home Care Support Worker

Type: Permanent Part-Time OR Full Time

Location: Baulkham Hills region, NSW

About You:

Certificate III in Aged Care/ Individual Support or similar.

Flexibility and availability to work Monday – Friday 7am to 6pm.

Valid Drivers Licence and willingness to travel up to 30 mins to services. Own Car mandatory.

Current First Aid, CPR and Police Check.

A genuine love for older people and a commitment to their well-being.

Strong communication skills and a passion for engaging in friendly conversations.

Confidence to work independently.

A caring and compassionate nature with the desire to make a positive impact on the lives of our elderly clients.

Your Responsibilities:

Domestic Assistance: Provide light housekeeping duties including cleaning, meal preparation, ironing and laundry.

Personal Care: Provide personal care including assistance with dressing, grooming, showering, bathing, toileting, nutrition and eating.

Transport and Mobility: Facilitate community access, recreational, shopping, errands, attending appointments and leisure options by transporting by vehicle.

Provide companionship and emotional support to our elderly clients.

Engage in friendly conversations and meaningful interactions.

Ensure the safety and comfort of our clients.

Report any changes or concerns to the supervisor.
