Outward Housing is seeking proactive Support Workers to help young adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs live independent, meaningful lives in North East London. You will provide person-centred support, develop plans and work closely with the team to ensure high-quality care.
Role involves evenings, weekends and nights as required. Full-time positions available on permanent contracts; a compassionate, proactive approach is essential.

Established by families seeking alternatives to institutional care, we've grown into a respected provider of person-centred support for adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, and complex needs. We support over 1,000 people across nine boroughs, guided by our core values: engage, enable, and empower.
We are looking for proactive, compassionate, and motivated Support Workers to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will support young adults with a diverse range of needs, including learning disabilities, behaviour of distress, Autism, PEG fed, mobility issues therefore requiring wheelchair use, and complex support requirements.
As a Support Worker, you will play an essential part in empowering the people we support to live meaningful, independent, and fulfilling lives. You will deliver personalised, high-quality care and support, while contributing to the smooth and effective running of the service through key working, support planning, and daily engagement.
Working closely with the Deputy Manager or Team Manager, you will help ensure that our services remain person-centred, well‑organised, and aligned with Outward's core values: Engage, Enable, Empower.
