Support Worker - Peterborough Services, Peterborough

Support Workers Required for our Peterborough Services

Salary: £12.71 per hour

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Main duties and responsibilities:
  • Participate in the day-to-day implementation of individual support plans and activities within a challenging environment.
  • Maintain effective communication and liaison with service users, families, and others while respecting confidentiality.
  • Support service users with meal preparation, laundry duties, cleaning, and social events.
  • Maintain accurate notes and records as required.
  • Work as part of a team to provide high-quality care.
  • Provide personal care support.
  • Support with community-based activities.
