Dimensions Ltd is looking for caring and enthusiastic Support Workers to join our team, working across five homes within the Portsmouth locality. You’ll support two gentlemen in their 60s and 70s with mild to moderate learning disabilities and complex needs, helping them stay active and part of the community.

The role includes full personal care with dignity and respect, flexible early and late shifts, and at least one sleep-in per week, plus two weekends out of three.

Qualifications

• Caring and enthusiastic attitude for people with learning disabilities.
• Reliable and flexible to cover early/late shifts.
• Must complete a minimum of one sleep-in per week and two weekends out of three.

Responsibilities

• Provide full personal care with dignity and respect.
• Support two gentlemen in their 60s and 70s with learning disabilities.
• Help residents stay active, engage in activities and community outings.
