Job summary

Encompass in Eyemouth seeks a supportive PA to assist a lady with daily routines in a home setting. The role covers mornings with flexibility and may include weekends, with up to 3.5 hours per week and 5.6 weeks paid leave pro rata. A friendly home environment includes a small dog.

Support Worker/Personal Assistant– Eyemouth

A lady livingat home with her husband incentralEyemouth, is looking foraPA/PAsto offer her some daily support with her morning routine.

The role would cover 7 days per week; times can be flexible to some degree and applications from part time of relief staff would also be welcome.

The couple have a very friendly little dog.

Terms:

• Hours per week: Up to3.5
• Hours of work:Morning at around 8am though there is some flexibility
• £14.05per hour.
• Paid annual leave entitlement of 5.6 weeks pro rata
• Probationary period of 3 months
• Post subject to references and PVG scheme membership

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

• To support client to ensure their safety and well-being
• To support the client withpersonal care.
• To support with application of prescribed creams andmaintain/monitor skin integrity.
• To develop a positive relationship with the client and her family.
• To work well with the client and report any concerns to the client’s family.
