Job description

We need Support Workers to join the team at our homelessness accommodation in Exeter. This is a role where you can genuinely make a difference, adding value as part of a dedicated team of professionals.

You will act as a key Support Worker for a number of customers, carrying out regular one-to-one sessions, building positive, trusting, and respectful relationships to enable their progress towards independent living.
