Our specialist Supported Living and Outreach service in Penzance provides support for people with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health needs, and Acquired Brain Injuries. We collaborate with local health professionals such as social workers, nurses, and specialists to support person-centred planning, involving individuals in creating plans that reflect how they want to live now and in the future, using communication tools to ensure their involvement.
