About The Role

Support Worker roles £12.60 to £12.80 dependent on experience. Full-time and part-time roles available.

We are dedicated to providing exceptional care to children and adults with complex needs related to autism. We operate six residences across Pembrokeshire, including Lydstep, Pembroke Dock, Saundersfoot, and Haverfordwest. Join us to make a meaningful impact as a compassionate support worker.

A typical day includes:

• Meeting physical and emotional needs in a supportive environment;
• Supporting recreational activities, outings, and community integration;
• Promoting independence, self-esteem, and celebrating achievements;
• Ensuring support is tailored to individual needs;
• Maintaining accurate records of activities, progress, and incidents;
• Performing general housekeeping, including meal prep.
