Job summary

Community Integrated Care in Glasgow is seeking a Part-Time Support Worker to help four individuals with autism and learning disabilities live fulfilling lives. You will work 24 hours per week in the Penilee (G52) area, with day shifts from 7am–7pm or 8am–8pm, and some weekends.

A UK driving licence is essential as a house vehicle is provided. We welcome applicants from care assistant or support worker backgrounds who are committed to person-centred support, empathy and reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Care Assistant or Support Worker.
• Driver Licence is essential.
• Willingness to work 24 hours per week in Penilee (G52) Glasgow and 7am-7pm or 8am-8pm days.
• Ability to build real connections and provide person-centred support.
• Reliable and flexible, with weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to four individuals who live in their own homes.
• Help with daily activities and community engagement.
• Support independence and personal choice for the people you support.
