What we offer
  • Location: Harwell, Oxfordshire
  • Salary: £ per hour, rising to £ per hour from 1st October 2024
  • Working hours: Mix of early, late, overnight shifts, including weekends. Sleep-in shifts paid at £54 plus over 12% holiday pay.
  • Holidays: 33 days annual leave including 8 statutory bank holidays
  • Pay incentives: 10% overtime, 20% Bank Holiday, 50% for key dates over Christmas
  • Training & Development: Fully funded Level 2 Diploma in Health & Social Care

Your responsibilities

Assist individuals with complex needs, including:

  • Manual Handling: Supporting with hoists and wheelchairs
  • Personal Care: Bathing, dressing, toileting
  • Supporting those with Dementia, Epilepsy, high physical and sensory needs, Dysphagia, and physical impairments
  • Helping with eating, drinking, home security, finances, housekeeping, and medication management
  • Supporting community outings using public transport or personal vehicles

Note: A valid driving license and access to a vehicle are desirable due to limited public transport to our services.
