About the Role:
You will work within the community, building trusting relationships with service users, providing practical and emotional support to help them maintain their housing and improve their wellbeing. Your role will involve engaging with individuals facing addiction issues, offering guidance, signposting to relevant services, and supporting them to sustain their tenancies.
Shift Pattern:
Morning shift: 06:00 - 14:00
Afternoon shift: 12:00 - 20:00
Ability to drive with a clean UK driving licence (this is essential due to the nature of the outreach work)
Commitment to working flexible hours including weekends
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience or understanding of addiction and tenancy support
Ability to speak Urdu and/or Punjabi to better engage with diverse communities in Doncaster
