You will enjoy taking personal responsibility to resolve issues and change what you do to make a difference.

You will have good communication skills with both service users and other professionals.

About the role:
Support Workers provide support to patients who are undertaking a period of rehab or in the assessment unit, helping build a picture of a person’s needs in anticipation of discharge. The role requires you to be part of an integrated team working alongside our health colleagues. You will provide support with personal care. Good recording skills are essential as the records you make form part of a person’s discharge plan.
