Support Worker at Bobbins in Swindon

What you'll be working:

This is a 9-month fixed-term contract, with hours based on a rota working every other weekend.

• 9-month contract
• Nights
• Shifts from 22:00 to 09:00

What you'll be doing:

• Providing response support during the nights
• 1:1 support for our individuals
• Personal care
• Light household duties if required
• Administering medication (if required)
• Supporting service users with physical disabilities using trained techniques and aids such as hoists, wheelchairs, and modified bathing equipment

What you'll have:

• Strong organisational, time management, planning, and communication skills
• Flexible, professional, and positive approach to multi-site working
• Proven reliability in attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently
• Self-confidence and ability to manage challenging situations
