Wake Night Support Worker - Make a Real Impact in Ipswich!

- Ipswich, Suffolk (IP1)

- £12.31 per hour

- 2 x 20-hour contracts available (Wake Nights only)

Shifts: 10pm-7am - Saturday to Tuesday, working alternate weekends

Are you someone who prefers working through the night and wants to make a real difference in people's lives? We're looking for two reliable Wake Night Support Workers to join our team in Ipswich, supporting three gentlemen aged 30-40 in a supported living home.

As a Wake Night Support Worker, your role is to ensure the people we support feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for throughout the night. You'll be responsible for conducting regular wellbeing checks, supporting with personal care, administering medication, and keeping accurate records. You'll also help with light household tasks like laundry and tidying up, making sure everything is ready for the next day.

We're looking for someone who's calm, dependable, and confident working independently at night. Full training will be provided. Induction and training will take place during weekday hours, and you'll also have the chance to shadow a night shift to help you settle in, this will depend on your previous experience and background.

There may also be opportunities to help out on day shifts occasionally, depending on the needs of the home.
