Location -Runcorn
Salary -£12.75 per hour
Shifts -Our shifts are 24 Hours starting at 9am – 9pm then a sleep shift 9pm – 9am
Expected hours –24 – 48 per week
Key Role essentials and responsibilities –- Full UK drivers’ licence
- Competent verbal and written English
- Must have experience within health and social care settings
Meet the person you’ll be supporting:- Who am I? I am a lady in my 40s who has a learning disability.
- What challenges do I have? I can display challenging behaviours, and become anxious and upset; I find having a routine is very important to me.
- What are my aspirations? I would like to travel or go on holiday for a few days.
- What activities do I like to do? I love attending discos and having meals out with my staff. I like to meet up with my sister every Tuesday and really look forward to this. I love to have my hair and nails done and enjoy picking out which colour nail varnish to have. I love magazines and colouring books.
- How could I describe myself? I am bubbly, energetic, I have a good sense of humour, and love dancing. I like routine, and getting to know the team around me.
My team- How many people support me at one time? I am supported on a 2:1 at all times.
- What shift patterns do my team do? My shift patterns are 9am to 9pm, with staff sleeping over and finishing the next morning at 9 am.
