Pay: from £13.70 to £19.89 depending on shift and role

What You’ll Do

Your role will involve delivering both clinical and social care, customised to the specific needs of each individual. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Personal Care and Support:Assisting clients with daily tasks, ensuring their comfort and well-being
  • Challenging Behaviour Support:Managing and responding to challenging behaviours with empathy and professionalism
  • Crisis Intervention:Providing critical support during times of crisis, helping clients navigate difficult moments
  • Promoting Independence:Empowering clients to live as independently as possible, building their confidence and skills
  • Medication Support:Ensuring that clients receive their medication safely and on time
  • Specialist Clinical Care:Addressing complex clinical needs with expertise and compassion

What We’re Looking For

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 6 months of professional care experience or experience caring for a loved one in the UK
  • The ability to comfortably assist clients with limited mobility
  • The right to work in the UK
  • A valid driver’s licence and reliable access to a personal vehicle
