Active Prospects in Brighton are seeking a Night Support Worker to provide 1:1 and small-group care for adults with mental health needs, autism and learning disabilities. You will work across day and night during overnight hours, delivering compassionate support in our not-for-profit service.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with people with enduring mental health needs.
• Interest in psychology behind complex behaviours and Positive Behaviour Support.
• Willingness to learn and practice PB Support.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 or 2:1 support during day and night shifts.
• Deliver care in Brighton-based residential and support services.
• Help people live fulfilling and aspirational lives.
