Job summary

Liaise is seeking Support Workers to help provide care at home and in our community, guided by values of positivity, progression and personal support. You will assist with daily tasks, accompany residents on social visits, and help maintain accurate records for each person.

Qualifications

• A basic understanding of care is beneficial.
• Strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Using the training provided, assist those who we support by helping with daily tasks.
• Be there to support in day to day life; such as social visits, family visits and days out to local attractions.
• Keeping paperwork up to date to ensure everything is captured for each person who lives in the home.
• Working positively with colleagues, families and external organisations to assist in supporting those who live in the home.
