Typical shifts run evenings and weekends; driving licence is essential. You will join a supportive team, receive sector-leading training and benefits designed to reward dedication and resilience.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid FULL UK driving licence.
• Experience with Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice.
• Experience supporting individuals requiring enhanced support including mental health conditions, autism, trauma.

Responsibilities

• Help people gain more independence in daily lives and support them within a dynamic team.
• Assist with personal care and enable access to local communities and social activities.
• Support people in activities such as visiting bars, pubs, cinema or playing games and watching films.
