JOB ROLE: Support Worker
LOCATION: Lyndale, Hereford (HR1)
SALARY: £13.20 - £13.90* per hour
SHIFT PATTERNS: 07:00-14:00, 14:00-21:00 & 07:00-21:00
About Lyndale:
Welcome to Lyndale, a Hereford-based residential service catering to individuals with Mental Health Needs, Learning Disabilities and Autism. The service accommodates up to 10 adults, delivering personalised support tailored to individual needs.
Based in Hereford, a 5 minute walk from the train station, Lyndale is a really rewarding place to work and aims to encourage independence in all aspects of the individuals\' lives.
The individuals we support enjoy a number of activities in the local community including Cinema, trips to the seaside, lunch out, shopping and appointments as and when required.
Experience within the care sector is not needed as we offer full training, coaching and development.
