Support Worker- LSA

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people? We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker- LSA to join our team at secondary schools in Bishop's Stortford. This full-time position starts Immediately and is ideal for someone eager to inspire and support students with special educational needs, helping them reach their full potential.

About the Role

As a Support Worker- LSA, you will collaborate with teachers and SENCOs to provide tailored support to students, ensuring a positive and inclusive learning environment. Your responsibilities include:

  • Providing 1:1 or small group support to students with additional needs.
  • Assisting in the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs).
  • Encouraging positive behavior and fostering a supportive learning environment.
  • Collaborating with staff and parents to monitor student progress.
