Role overview: Support Worker

As a Support Worker, you will provide outstanding support to help individuals live more comfortable, dignified, and happy lives. Your responsibilities include:

• Personal care, including helping with bathing, showering, and using the bathroom.
• Supporting independence through budget management, bill payments, housework, appointment organization, and cooking healthy meals.
• Building relationships and supporting understanding through excellent communication skills.
• Promoting community and social inclusion by helping individuals access local community events and activities.
