JOB ID: 3336

We are looking for Support Workers to join one of our Services in Llangennech on either a part-time or full-time (37.5 hours a week) basis. Shifts will include mornings, afternoons, evenings, sleep-ins, weekends, and bank holidays.

We are flexible with the hours offered and welcome applications from all interested candidates.

You must be able to drive, have knowledge of the wider area, and be comfortable supporting residents with mobility cars. A full UK or EU driving licence is required, and candidates must be 21 or over. Ideally, you will also have access to your own car due to limited public transport options.

About our Services

We are four adults sharing a home. We enjoy activities like sports, shopping, dining out, baking, holidays, visiting the beach, working on computers and phones, art courses, and biking. We love attending concerts when possible.

Some of us can speak, others are non-verbal.

Our services provide support throughout the day and night. Current shifts include 8am to 8pm, 8am to 10pm, 12pm to 7pm, and 8:30pm to 10pm. Many staff prefer long shifts to have more rest days, and there are also waking night shifts and sleep-ins.
