A mental health service provider in Greater London seeks a dedicated professional to join their Community Mental Health team. You will conduct assessments, manage a caseload, and collaborate with colleagues to deliver effective care to vulnerable adults. The role requires excellent communication and time management skills, alongside a commitment to client outcomes in a comprehensive support setting.
The Lambeth Living Well Network Alliance supports people in Lambeth experiencing mental illness. Thames Reach works in partnership with South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust, Lambeth NHS Clinical Commissioning Group, Lambeth Council and Certitude to deliver mental health services as part of the innovative transformation of mental health services in the borough.
