We’re looking for caring, patient, and enthusiastic individuals to join our dedicated team as Support Workers, helping adults with learning disabilities live as independently and fulfilling a life as possible.

About the Role:
As a Support Worker, you’ll be working directly with individuals to support their day-to-day needs – whether that’s helping them with personal care, supporting them in the community, assisting with daily routines, or simply being a listening ear. No two days are the same!

Responsibilities include:

Supporting individuals with daily living tasks and activities
Promoting independence and empowering choice
Helping to plan and attend social, recreational, or educational outings
Maintaining accurate care records and supporting with medication (as needed)
Building trusting, respectful relationships with individuals, families, and other professionals

What we’re looking for:

A genuine passion for helping others
Good communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to complete an Enhanced Access NI Check
6 Months UK Based Healthcare Experience working within a similar setting
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings or weekends
