Meridian Business Support are recruiting Senior Support Workers to join a dedicated care team in Great Yarmouth , Norfolk offering full time hours on day or night shifts.

Your Role: As a Support Worker, you’ll work as part of a focused and caring team. You will:

- Provide high-quality personal care, supporting daily routines and emotional wellbeing

- Assist with general daily activities and ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
- Support the team in maintaining consistently high standards of care
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, residents, and their families
