Crooton ltd in Plymouth (PL2) is seeking a dedicated Support Worker focused on learning disabilities. You will assist individuals to build confidence, develop independence, and participate in local community activities.

We offer permanent contracts with Full-Time (37.5 hrs/wk) or flexible Part-Time hours, 32 days holiday pro rata, and a range of benefits including financial and health support. Sleep-in shifts are paid at £64.20 per shift.

SUPPORT WORKER: (Learning Disability Focus)

Hours: Full-Time (37.5 hrs/wk) or Part-Time (flexible hours)

Contract: Permanent

We are seeking passionate Support Workers to join our incredible team in Plymouth (PL2). In this role, you’ll support individuals with learning disabilities in building confidence, developing independence, and actively engaging with their local community.
