Job summary

Mpa Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist individuals with learning disabilities in Belfast and Lisburn. You will help with daily living tasks, promote independence, and provide compassionate support on flexible shifts.

This agency offers ongoing training, weekly pay, and a supportive team culture, with opportunities to work across various settings.

Qualifications

• Experience in care (6 months UK Based care experience) is preferred.
• Commitment to safeguarding and equality.
• Willingness to apply for Enhanced Access NI.
• A caring attitude and willingness to learn.
