Job summary

TipTopJob is hiring a Support Worker for a learning disabilities home in Lowestoft, Suffolk. The role is a permanent full-time night shift (36 hours per week) with a salary of GBP 25,178.40 per year and GBP 13.45 per hour. An NVQ/QCF Level 2 in Health and Social Care is required to be considered.

You will join a team delivering compassionate care, promoting residents’ wellbeing, assisting with personal care, and supporting independence within a serene home environment.

Qualifications

• NVQ/QCF Level 2 in Health and Social Care is required.
• Care experience or personal caregiving experience is an advantage.
• Comfort with night shifts and residential care settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality care and support to residents.
• Assist with personal care and daily activities.
