Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent
Drivers Preferred (Due to Location Requirements)

We’re looking for compassionate and experienced Support Workers to join a dedicated care team in Exeter, supporting adults aged 19–60 with complex needs, including:

  • Autism and ADHD
  • Learning Disabilities
  • Mental Health Conditions
  • Challenging Behaviour

You’ll be working across residential and supported living services, helping individuals live safely, independently, and meaningfully in their communities.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supporting with personal care, medication, daily routines, and emotional wellbeing
  • Encouraging independent living and life-skills development
  • Engaging service users in activities such as walks, day trips, creative sessions, and more
  • Delivering high-quality, person-centred care
  • Occasional lone working (particularly during waking night shifts)
  • Keeping accurate and professional care records and documentation
  • Working closely with families, healthcare professionals, and colleagues

What We’re Looking For:

  • A minimum of 6 months’ experience in a care or support role
  • A calm, caring, and patient approach
  • A full UK driving licence is highly desirable due to rural locations
  • MAPA / PMVA training is a plus – we can provide this if required
  • Must have the right to work in the UK
