Job summary

Confidential is seeking an experienced female Support Worker to join a small, person-centred learning disabilities service supporting individuals within the community across Somerset. This role suits someone who enjoys building long-term relationships and helping people live independently in their own homes and local communities, with regular travel between visits.

Evenings and alternate weekends are required; a driver with your own vehicle and business insurance is preferred, and you must have

Community Support Somerset (BA4 & DT9)

We are seeking an experienced female Support Worker to join a small, person-centred learning disabilities service supporting individuals within the community across Somerset.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building long-term relationships and supporting people to live independently in their own homes and local community.

Visa sponsorship is not available for this role - you must have the right to work in the UK in place to apply.
