Job summary

Creative Support in Leicester is seeking a committed Support Worker to lead a team and provide high-quality, person-centred care for individuals with learning disabilities in Leicestershire. You will help tenants develop everyday living skills and participate in a wide range of activities.

The role requires enthusiasm, superb communication, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins. Full training and progression opportunities are offered by Creative Support.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering person-centred care to individuals with learning disabilities.
• Ability to work shifts including evenings, weekends and sleep-ins.
• Excellent communication and rapport-building with service users and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, person-centred care and support to tenants.
• Lead and support a friendly staff team to develop everyday living skills.
• Encourage tenants to participate in activities and social inclusion.
