We are recruiting a Support Worker to join our supported living services in the Yeovil area. This is a varied and rewarding role working across three small supported living homes, supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism to live independently, safely, and with dignity in their own homes. Most of the people we support attend day placements, meaning your role will focus on morning and evening routines, community access, and daily living support. This role requires a driver, as you will be responsible for transporting individuals to and from their day centres and community activities.
We’re looking for someone who is experienced in supporting people with learning disabilities and autism, a confident driver with a full UK driving licence, compassionate, reliable, and person-centered in their approach, comfortable working a mix of long days and split shifts, able to work flexibly across multiple services, and committed to promoting dignity, independence, and quality of life.
