We are looking for a compassionate, dedicated, and reliable Support Worker to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable individuals. You’ll be supporting people with a range of needs, including learning disabilities, mental health challenges, or physical disabilities, empowering them to live independently and achieve their goals.

Pay rates:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centred care and support tailored to individual needs
  • Support service users with daily tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, shopping, and attending appointments
  • Encourage independence and promote social inclusion
  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to safeguarding protocols
  • Work collaboratively with families, colleagues, and external professionals
  • Participate in care planning and regular reviews

About You:

  • Previous experience in a care or support role is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided
  • A genuine desire to help others and improve their quality of life
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience, resilience, and a positive attitude
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
  • A valid driver’s licence and a vehicle to be able to utilise for work
