Job Description

Calling all compassionate and dedicated individuals! Mencap seeks passionate Support Workers to join our team in Laceby Village, Grimsby. You'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities by assisting with daily activities and providing emotional support.

What we're looking for
  • A genuine passion for supporting others.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • A positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities.

Due to the location, being a driver is preferred.

Contract Options

All our services are 24-hour care. We prepare rotas at least 4 weeks in advance, allowing you to plan your personal and social life.

  • Days: Between 08:00-10:00
  • Sleep-ins: Occasional
